Well...one thing is for sure. Walking (and working) out what God has you to do is not always as easy as one might envision, LOL!! It takes lots of good 'ol fashion elbow grease.Actually, we are lovin' it!
Being on the land is where we come alive and feel most connected. |

It's interesting at 50 and 65 years of age, that we would be starting such a venture like E.D.E.N. Most people are consider retiring and slowing down at this age, but we are ready to kick it into gear and start this journey to build a special place for people to be restored and worship the Lord.
We had our first charity fundraiser and it was such a blessing to have the turn out we did and the show of love towards us and this venture is simply touching. I pray we can live up to the expectations everyone has in us to build this community. |

WHAT IS THAT COMING OUT OF MY BODY!! Soo, sorry to be so gross but this is what mucoid plague looks like! Old waste that has been embedded in my gut for YEARS!! This started yesterday after the 3rd coffee enema, but today was the best so far...
Just think, I have not eaten solid food for 6 days now, have been eating mostly raw food and organic, and cleansing for over 6 years, and this is the first time I have have gotten this stuff out! So, if I'm full of crap (hee) imagine what the average SAD lifer is like! |

Good things are happening!!....
I'm actually writing this at the end of day 6 simply because I forgot to report in yesterday and was pretty busy both days. But, I did not want to miss the opportunity to explain what is going on with my body! WOW! I don't recall feeling this good is years!! Even with all the healthy stuff we do, I did not realize the plateau I could reach!
This has truly been the best cleanse thus far!! The chronic back pain I have had for 10 years is sooo much better! My head is super clear and focused and the energy is like intoxicating! |

Talk about buzzing! I've been going pretty much full speed all day today! I did have one weak moment around 2:30 as we were driving home from Daytona and took a small catnap...of course, that is pretty normal for me when I ride in a car...hee.Something about that rocking motion...like a baby in a cradle.
Anyway, we are still doing well...but had another small cheat this evening. Dave found a small bag of snow peas that we needed to eat (so they would not go bad, again..like the avos), so we split those and ate them although we were both reluctant to do so. |

And the juicing continues...
Well, all I can say is ENERGY!! We had a pretty busy day that started fairly early (considering we got bed around 1am, which is about the same time now) and not once did we feel sluggish!
Dave added avocados to our juices (blended it all in the blender), simply because we had a few left and did not want them to go bad...even though I kinda consider it cheating since it is a solid food, just in a different form...but, BOY did it takes yummy!
We also did our first in a series of 4 coffee enemas today. |

Day two has been just fine! Here's a pic I took on our "fast walk" today. this is a nice canopy path in Flagler Beach, FL. Weather was nice and crisp!
No problems except for a bit of grumbling in my belly. Yes, a bit of hunger pains but fluids seem to take that away. We had two big juices today, plus juiced grapefruit and lemongrass tea from our garden. One thing is for sure, our kidneys are functioning well, with all the fluid! LOL.
Both Dave and I are good with the energy as well. |

There's Juciy Dave starting our week of juice fasting off with a wonderful fresh juice consisting of kale, dandelions, beets, carrots, green apple, parsley, ginger, lemon juice and a scoop of spirilina! Wow! What a rush!
We do this procedure about 4 times a year and I seem to like to start my long cleanses with this as well, because it not only pulls out the gallstones, but gets the colon cleaned out too due to the Epsom salts. |

Boy...do we come ALIVE on the land! What a blessing to have this property and vision to prepare for this project! I guess all those early years of both of us growing up on farms...even though we have "been there, done that" with many places and people in the world. |

Boy, I tell you, when God wants to get my attention, He really lets me know! Over the past few weeks I have been getting downloaded with not one, but THREE scriptures pertaining to trees by the water. He has revealed them to me at least 5 times in various circumstances. Check these out.
In the middle of the street and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree where for the healing of the nations.Rev 22:2 |

As natural wellness educators and whole
raw food advocates I must admit we spend much of our waking time
researching and trying various products, methods, and nutritional aspects to assist
the body in the healing process. There are sooo many "things" that have
been given to us to use to help us recover or maintain our health, and
based on what "latest research" and promotion has been done can
determine the success of a product or protocol. It can become confusing
and downright exhausting, even for us! |

It's been some time since I posted
on here about E.DE.N. in the Mountains. This is intentional. Although
there have been many events that have taken place since the last post in
June, I felt compelled to wait until something "significant" took place
before posting.
Well....it's time!! Over the last 2
months (that's all it's been??) of searching for the land to build the
Wellness Learning Haven, IT HAS COME TO PASS!! And what a testimony it
is!
All the way Yahweh has orchestrated this land for us. |

Whew! Over six months of preparing for the application for our non-profit status is complete and in the mail! It has been quite an experience and MUCHO GRACIAS to our good friend and assistant Maria (what a lifesaver she has been putting all this together for us!).
After a prayer and anointing with oil we are standing on faith it will be accepted in a month (as was the case for someone else we know) and we can start searching for funding for E.D.E.N. !! The adventure continues to get interesting. |

The Earth Haven "Tour Group" Picnic I wanted to take the time to share about our trip in the mountains and give an update on what Yahweh is doing up here. We
have connected with some amazing believers and putting the people in
place that have the same vision as us to build a Wellness Learning
Retreat. Btw, we are meeting many people from Florida up here!!
We visited a Messianic service last Sabbath...was nice but I did not have
the bond that I felt with the ONMA family in Florida :). |
